Watching NOVL --- market cares

I think NOVL is oversold in this territory. The MSFT fears are very heavily weighing on the stock. Then you have the overall market which is worried about the new lows in the $$$ and the trade imbalances etc.

NOVL has some very good earnings prospects in the next quarter which are not reflected in the stock price. It has obviously hit a homerun with caching appliances with IBM, CPQ, and DELL behind the products.

This 22 to 23 range is very interesting because it is only a little over 30 times forward looking revenue projections of $.70 a share. I consider 40 time earnings to be where growth stocks are. So for me the stock could jump to 28 on any good news and given a more stable overall market for techs. With better than expected earnings and a release of digitalme we could be looking at 32-34. I'm an optimist.

Lastly don't forget options expiration Friday and the 22 1/2 Calls. I've read somewhere that there are very bearish sentiments in the put/call ratios, perhaps someone could confirm. This makes for an interesting next several days.
