No I didn't. I said, It's simply a matter of flaunting their lifestyle in the faces of not-so-hip straight America. Gays that flaunt think they are somehow hipper than the rest of America.

That remark was made out of irritation after it occurred to me that you started posting as a concerned father who had two gay children, and you were coming to grips with that, had joined a support group, etc. Lately your remarks have resembled some sort of apologetic for the radical element in the gay movement. I don't want to sound too harsh, you have a difficult situation, but rather than embracing the radicals, your kids might be better served if you rebuked some of the things they do.

to: DJB from: truedog Dennis,I know you are not going to believe this but, it has been my experience to be in on some psychological studies based on interviews with homosexuals.I know nothing about you or your wife so I am not pointing any fingers but,in most cases studied an extremely domineering mother was involved coupled with traumatic experiences with girls very early in the dating process. I can relate to that a bit in that I had a very domineering and demanding mother which made me wonder just what was so great about females but,when I got into dating,I found out just how great relations with girls could be. Once I got a taste of the thrill,there was no looking back...TD
