The numbers are pretty good and were as close to expectations. There are a few more shares than I expected. 29.9 MM shares outstanding, 33.1 used for the calculation of fully diluted eps.

Sales up in total by 17.9% over Q1 yet earnings down by 23.6%. Incremental sales in the Q were $679,000 and the return on that incremental sales was a negative $190,000. That is not performance.

I am surprised that none of you are upset about the almost 3 week delay in informing investors that two bank accounts had been frozen.
