Agreed, but right now we still have zero way of proving that C.C.'s actually employed any aspect of what has been endlessly discussed here, even though the smoke be thick. 'Tis all supposition and speculation.

Still, to err on the side of caution cannot be consider a bad thing. Now back to the day at hand.

Zeev, if they are only trying for $5.25 to $5.5 on the next volley, why bother? Why would they not convert the entire Series B at the better price of $4.46 instead?
