R Ham: This one's a puzzling one.
Due diligence is what one needs to get the best info. I am stubborn and do my research. I have yet to miss a call... that is until I got involved in this @#$^@#$% arena of internet stocks. I am sure that you are aware that these stocks move according to passion, and that's about it. TMCS has a bright future, but as long as AOL, YHOO, CMGI, etc. fizzle, so will the other net stocks, unless they get bought out or something else out of the ordinary occurs. Some 'hints' that were dropped are as follows (as well as my own interpretations):
1. More gobbling up of smaller companies will help TMCS reach a wider audience in the way that YHOO and AMZN are trying to expand.
2. DIS business with USAI will get TMCS wider publicity
3. TMCS aiming for Portal-type business which picks up advertising revenues in addition to the general ticket sales, etc.
4. There are potential suiters looking for possible purchase of TMCS.
5. Ticket sales are increasing at exponential rate and earnings should beat estimates.

So I am in the dark on this baby as well as is Bank Boston or anybody else. If and when the net stocks rebound, TMCS has the right formula to lead the way. I would expect that towards the end of the year, when the net stocks react to the Christmas season action, TMCS will react accordingly. And, though Christmas is not always a positive to retail, the net is still young enough to allow for huge growth in this area. Last year, only 25% of net users had used the net for online purchases, while this year that number is now towards 70%. And don't forget that there are many more users this year. My target is $24 and I will double my shares. Sorry for the rambling. Good luck.

R Ham: Heard an off-the-wall comment today while discussing TMCS. Speculation that MSFT could gobble up TMCS. I do not have any knowledge as to the truth of this, and I often hear these types of unfounded rumors. A few reasons I am mentioning it:
1) This guy has always seemed sincere and has never led me astray,
2) If you or anybody else has heard anything about this, then please publish,
3) As for feasibility, MSFT is selling its hugely popular Sidewalk.com to TMCS and TMCS is one of those involved in MSFT's attempt to challenge EBAY. So maybe there's a possibility???
4) A few weeks ago, I posted that there could be some takeover rumors floating around. I did not have details other than knowing that there are a few potential suiters, some with enormous clout.

I welcome any more info and warn you of taking any of these rumors too seriously. I still believe more in fundamentals and future revenues a lot more than the rumor mill.
