that's why I've maintained since the beginning of the month, there will be tremendous opportunity wth new IPO's heading toward end of quiet period...limited supply... when the slew of IPO's hit the market, the dilutve effect will engage. observing nsil and ppro, after an inital spike off the opening, the price makes its inital move very close to its opening price with a hard bounce, good for a quick scalp 1-3 points...maybe stating an obvious.
