I agree with your definitions of the semantics...which confuses our case because I understood we had a strategic alliance with eSafe but they then named the alliance ETTA which makes it sound like a third entity has been created out of the other two...hence more like a joint venture...PR's need a lot of work I hate to say....Tom needs to loosen his grip and learn to delegate to those better suited for specific tasks...jmho

However....a strategic alliance CAN be quite formal with a written binding agreement that can be enforced...not sure what form our deal with eSafe is but hope to learn more from future filings/PR/Tom.
