Swift execution of all violent offenders. But, since we live in a peaceful society, we don't do this. We make laws, and bend words, and twist meanings, and give lawyers jobs. At least you can back this idea up, what is the support for your statement? You also tried to make this idea conditional by using "seems that way", so why did you feel you needed to add this?
