Maybe people are reading the 10Q. Fully diluted EPS would = 0.0022
at the most. The co has not been following FASB 128, and I would not
want to be long if / when they have to re-state earnings. Somebody tell me why the son (ceo) is entitled to 350 mil shares because the
co. bought his fathers lumber biz assets for $18+mil cash and some
stock options. Another thing that makes me wonder, the co paid over
$5 mil for inventory from the father, but the balance sheet for the
quarter only shows a $1.5+ mil. increase in inventory?? I tried calling the co in Fla. 3 times last month during business hours but
no answer / no message machine. The co. could be on the up & up, but
I would like the CEO to explain the above to investors.
