Thread:

InterTrust Technologies Corporation will be doing an IPO soon. They provide a toolkit to enable the secure delivery of Internet music. This particular IPO hasn't attracted much attention and HOPEFULLY will be sanely priced.

Subject 29772

Intertrust isn't a glitzy internet stock (ala mp3.com). Rather, they provide key building blocks that all the big music studios and commerce sites will be using.

I really think that the digital delivery of music will be huge in 1.5-2 years and Intertrust theoretically could get a piece of each sale.

My problem is this, I have NO idea how to determine a reasonable value for this company. The finances are horrendous and there are no sales to date (i.e. a true development stage corporation).

Any help would be appreciated.
