Zen--I'm a bit fuzzy on this--but my accounting recollection (accountantsMark jump in at any point here) but I think the ownership issue with respect to earnings has more than one breaking point--e.g less than 20%; then if you own 20% of the company but less than 50%; then greater than 50%. Something like that.

Zen, thanks for your explanation, boy, why can't you become famous and be invited to CNBC to talk about this view? <VBG> Anyway, your opinion is much better than those 'short' opinions and I deeply wish you are right about your figure. From the latest CMGI activities, DW seems to plan to launch some great sites for holding long term not for IPO using AltaVista and iCast for platforms, if that happens, will CMGI become a regular company like YAHOO, AOL, etc.? What is your opinion?
