PS If Infostream is keying on the daytraders, many of which I believe to be gamblers with a gambling problem, then if I am keying on volume, too, I may be in effect taking advantage of gamblers rather than arrogant or thoughtless investors.
...I am not in the business of separating people from their money.

Marconi, I'm not, either. (An argument which is never wholly true, though).
I'm keying on the rapid-fire (more often than not ISLD driven) movements and some topping signs in the stocks action within a micro timeframe. That bears additional risks, as you never know when the music (the buying) stops. I'm studying spikes (LVEN recently) over and over to find out what "breaks" the momentum, it is more than often profit taking by the "early" buyers.

But, it pays off if you are able to sell a stock for a reasonable "premium" to the crowd, if you lay out an order and someone steps in and takes it. Offering stock (also borrowed stock) also helps the market to regain a supply-demand equilibrium faster and more efficiently.
