Armin,

"F.C." is financial consultant, Merrill's fancy name for a broker.

As for holding NITE, I'm trying not to look at the daily fluctuations. I believe, based upon my own research, that the business model is excellent and that NITE is doing more with more clients. I wish I could fast forward 1 year on this stock, but I'll just have to wait.
