Peter Lynch says that there are many reasons to sell and only one reason to buy. The news reported earlier today shows me that they did not sell because business is slowing down. Also, what comes first, the news that they plan to sell or the stock decline. The stock decline may already reflect their decision to sell (stock prices often move up or down based on reality unknown to the general public). We actually held up pretty well in another down market. Steve D.
