Can you imagine how a person would feel killing their pet while trying to help them?

Couple of months ago I was out in the yard playing tag with the kids. Our pup Andy ran up to join in the fun. Somehow our legs tangled and he let out an ear piercing yelp of pain and laid down whimpering with his leg in the air. Luckily it wasn't broken or dislocated but he limped badly for 3/4 days. I felt terrible. Broke my heart every time I looked at him.

But he healed up in about a week and is now back to 100%.

Almost told a sadder story about a friends cat but who needs that.

Yep. I know a lady whose cat was hit by a car. She had some bute on hand and gave it the same dose she used to put down a horse. It was a stimulant to the cat and her husband had to shoot it.
