ZICA<----------This deal Is absolutely a zero, They have re-hashed this China News for the last 3 years,and every time nothing happens. This stock is garbage and , very soon you will see who really is going to benefit.
By the way the Company has secretly sold 1,000,000 shares in the last quarter. This deal is no different than Fonix.
