Bill,I thought so too but was not sure of the date he took office.As long as he got there,I didn't care what date it was but,I knew that he had nothing to do with any kind of control over the Waco situation. When he freed the Rangers from any obligation to the feds, it was a little later than the actual event.The feds tried to involve the Rangers in what happened but they told them where to get off...TD
