Michael, re: Washington address. I was thinking the same, but no luck in searching yet, either in SEC docs or PRs. How about a society meeting where the Valence researchers presented a paper, and their address was listed as a point of contact? The info was posted on yahoo a few months ago, I believe. Don't have the link with me right now, maybe this will stir someone else's memory.
