Thank you, Mr. Roberts, unless someone else is forthcoming with said information I shall inquire of the state of domicile, since I am quite sure the Company will not be cooperative in any way, shape, or form.

Harry,

Your memory is short. In fact, GPGI did claim to be fully reporting.

I will have to dig through the files to obtain the specific reference from the "Great Liar", and I am not in the mood to do that right now, but trust me!

The great problem here is credibility and the dirth of production and receipt of funds from such production. We have promise after promise and little to show.

The recommendation of Warren Buffet could not sway me in favor of this stock at this point!

However, Zeev, please e-mail when you are buying! Long term only!

We are following a long term pattern. There is a long list of folks who were brought in to help the company and others can make the list. The departure of Mr. McKay and Mr. DeNoble certainly give me no better feeling about the company. The entry of an old tout cum detractor cum tout gives me no faith either.

A puppet board of puppets that allows the President and a supposed contractor to "steal" shares based upon a process probably developed with company funds gives me no great faith in the company either.

I cannot count the number of scammers out to get my money. What GPGI needs to do for me and the investing public and its own shareholders is to separate itself from the hoard through gaining credibility through production, profit, and shareholder value.

This Nevada Corporation does not occupy space and time to serve the needs of its President and its contractors and its "inside cronies", but the shareholders. If we are not duly served, then we have a valid gripe and perhaps more than that!

Valid Gripe, Jack!!

<<GPGI never claimed to be fully-reporting. They just are FULLY COMPLIANT, a legally different term which means they must do the required filings with the SEC. Fully reporting is a higher calling, and should not be expected for awhile.>>

Fully reporting? Fully compliant? Never heard of the latter term. But last I checked, GPGI had made no filings with the SEC. And the NASDAQ is phasing in the delisting of non-reporting companies by alphabetical order, which began last summer. I believe GPGI might have until the end of the year to begin filing, or they will be delisted.
