It would sure as hell seem that the FTU guy should have a basis for his being confidently conservative...since he probably has a pretty good idea not only what his bank, but also Chase & Wells are going to be doing. And they could easily mess up the Ckfr account base projections if they were all going to bail. Something to be wary of I think.
