Todd, I think it's going to take a market crash(let) to get THQ back down to $33 after it hits $41+, especially after THQ blows out Q3 eps and announces it can recognize revenues from the joint WWF venture, and releases game after game. Maybe a quick correction to $36?

Here are my highlights from today's interview (chronologically):

microcap1000.com

The excitement in his voice as he says "WWF" and "Rugrats"

Reorders of Rugrats 64 and GBC in Q4

Reiterated that Toy Story was THQ's biggest GB title ever so Toy Story 2 should be great

In terms of losing WCW, says that Q3 earnings will be "case closed on that one" (Moving Destruction
Derby to Q3 says to me that there is a short roast planned for October and November)

Close to finalization on the JAKKs joint venture and "optimistic" that the final accounting is going to
work out very well for both companies (My take is that by the next conference call he will announce that
THQ can recognize the revenues)

Rushware paying for itself already (an outrageously good acquisition)

And very bullish comments going forward--"look at the record," "great business model for this
business," "industry going to $12 billion in a few years" (ie, a double)

And finally, he makes the point that THQ is still small and will still be taking share from its competitors

Oh yeah, somewhere in the back half of the interview Farrell talks about margins growing in the future
because of a transition to disk and away from cartridge.
