Glenn D. Rudolph: I am not defending his view as much as I am defending this thread. All that choose to contribute to this thread via the thread guidelines are welcome. If you disagree with anyone's view or analysis on this thread you are always welcome to challenge or question their analysis. As a matter of fact I encourage it. This thread only gets better with a variety of views. However, it should be done either via a question or an opposing analysis, but always in a cordial and respectful manner. Of course, with a variety of view points not all can be right at the same time. But when contributors to this thread have been right, for the most part they have been humble, so far!
