You are right Mike... Bema didn't own 100% of CC... only 49%. But back in 1996, before the PDG agreement, BGO owned more than 40% of Arizona stock. So it really had close to 70% direct and indirect interest in CC... plus $100M cash, and refugio, and El Callo stock (another 2M ounces deposit)...etc.
