If the banks and Bondholders.....
do not arrive at agreement the company will go bankrupt. Having said that, it is quite likely (but not a certainty) that eventually an agreement will reached because is in everyones interest to reach an agreement.

Whatever the agreement the common stock is going to stay down. You must realize that the common is really worth nothing. But will be afforded a nominal value to obtain the common shareholder consent on the restructuring
