A solid floor indeed. At least one of the buy signals
went through near today's close. At 15:49:36, a block of
25,000 went off at 14 15/16, then nine seconds later a
block of 50,000 went at 15. I believe that if we get one
more solid report this quarter, we should take off, in light
of Q-4 being the best. The rest of this year should be
great, with strong momentum heading into 2000, I feel we
should get the P.E. expansion that the other Semi's command.
