Tim, your concern does not make much sense to me. You are saying that as a COMS shareholder you will not be able to take advantage of the high Palm share prices right after the IPO because you will have no access to your Palm shares. But can't you sell short during the time you believe the price is right or sell deep in the money covered call options that expire right around the time of the distribution to shareholders? Won't that lock the price for you? What am I missing here?
