After the confirmation of a date, so we can all book our calendars. I will post a link to a reservation form and everyone will make their reservation directly with Kapalua. We will be receiving a group rate and will be placed in the general vicinity to each other and we will have use of meeting rooms. Then please post on this thread that you have made your reservation. Air fare will have to be up to each on individually. The airlines cannot give us any sort of group rates when we will all be arriving from all parts of the country (and world if Jan shows up). Besides, I personally will be using my FF mileage, and that will have to be booked by me. Airports: Kapalua West Maui Airport (an inter-island airport) located 10 minutes south from Kapalua. The international airport is in Kahului (50 minutes away). I am getting so excited!!!!! ~Sarkie
