Looks like the overall market attitude is negative. I would expect some of these lesser known issues to trade lower than right now. I do like NTCT and may turn it into a core holding later in the month. Expect continued downward overall markets until about a week before the fed meeting. It seems the traders have started pricing things in early. CPI report today was a good example. Buy on the rumor of a benign CPI and sell the news. I expect the same with the Fed meeting. M
