That tells me that Nielsen does not have on single SI member on their list of 'rate-ers'

Exactly. The stickyness figure in the fourth column shows that their ratings are problematic. eBay gets 2:25:03, but Go2Net comes in at just 0:13:03 (which is 17th in that ranking). If SI were counted in those numbers, it would seem that the time value should shoot way up.
