Excellent post, you bring up a very interesting point. What is to stop anyone from doing the same thing if the consequence is a mere suspension?

...and drink lemonade on a beach in Austria the rest of the year!

Is that the place where they sit on sand chairs and watch people surf down the ski slopes?
