Sure it is your bone marrow but it is needed to sustain a siblings life. Just like it is a woman's body this fetus needs to live. There is no question that this body is owned completely by the mother and not by the fetus is there? Is this woman less an owner of her body than the owner of the bone marrow? If so, how so? I see no difference here.

There would be a difference if you chose to say the fetus is not a life in the same way the sibling is... that it is somehow more dependent and needs "protection"... but then that backs the pro-life crowd into a corner because that implies the fetus is not eligible for full-life status.
