That has nothing to do with my question. Intent is irrelevant here... after all you can say I drove too fast, got into a car accident and thus caused my own injury... now I need a blood transfusion and I'm type O-negative... blah blah blah... intent is totally irrelevant to my point.

What I am hearing you say is that bone marrow or blood, etc. is "owned" by the donor, therefore we should not create laws forcing donation to save anothers life. If I am incorrect here, please correct me..

My question for you is - does a woman own her body in the same way that bone marrow is owned by a donor? Therefore how can you make laws saying she must "donate" her body to this other person? Unless of course you want to create laws forcing organ donation in the defense of "life"... do you?
