If memory still serves, Valence's Seattle R&D office houses the four researchers/engineers who developed the phosphate lithium improvement technology (which I also think is referred to as Gen 2). These four individuals had, in the company senior management's opinion, substantial talent and did not want to be located permanently in Henderson. Hence, the accommodation and the move. On another topic, I believe Paul's analysis to be right on and that the naked short interest is in excess of 1.0 mm shares - I had earlier stated a belief of 500,000 - 1,000,000 shares short naked.
