The most important objections to the Disclosure statement concern actual existing assets of Zenith you claim were not included in the disclosure statement, identifying the evidence upon which you claim the assets exist, and explaining why such omission is material. Also, if you claim that there are other statements in the disclosure statement that are false and misleading, identify the specific statements, and explain why they are false, why they are material to determining whether or not to vote for the plan, and the evidence on which you base those conclusions. Above all, stick to the facts as you know them. Last day to Fedex to the eight recipients is Monday, September 20.
