The Charter dilution is of no consequence given the value that the Charter relationship brings to HSAC.

Charter's dilution of HSAC before the IPO can be allocated badly last minute, freezing the shareholders out for good. Just the opposite of a CMGI covenant to allow shareholders a piece of future IPO spinoffs.
