My guess is that it is a lot like poker. For most people, it is just gambling, but for consistent winners it is clearly skill.

Personally, I think that this is one of those self correcting problems (if it is a problem). Classic case of brains for a bull market and all it will take is one good spell at the cleaners to get people investing a little more sanely....like the way I do it...AH HA HA HA HA..HACK..HACK...GASP.....HACK...HACK.
