My guess is that it is a lot like poker. For most people, it is just gambling, but for consistent winners it is clearly skill. Personally, I think that this is one of those self correcting problems (if it is a problem). Classic case of brains for a bull market and all it will take is one good spell at the cleaners to get people investing a little more sanely....like the way I do it...AH HA HA HA HA..HACK..HACK...GASP.....HACK...HACK. ROFLMAO...from todays Rap... Congress to probe day trading... The Washington Post has a story that says Congress is going to investigate day trading. Sen. Susan Collins, the head of the permanent subcommittee on investigations, said, "We're trying to determine if day trading is nothing more than gambling, as regulators have contended, or a bona fide investment strategy."
