Watch the stock price once investors receive their 5% stock dividend (on September 20th). My feeling is that the short termers will sell allowing us an opportunity to buy more ECNC at bargain prices. Regarding todays price action. I expected it. I believe many short term investors bought on September 12th, 13th and 14th to get the free shares. They bought to be on record as a shareholder on the 14th to get free shares. Now they have sold, or will sell their position over the next few days and either keep the free shares, or sell them when they receive them on the 20th. As for me, I am not a seller. This is a long term hold for me. But I will be watching for a bargain in ECNC shares. To All: Watch for a buying opportunity over the next few days, and take advantage of those that aren't smart enough to take a long term view. SV
