Big news. The MASK guys are going to be darn happy their company finally achieve recognition, not to mention a hefty financial gain for stockholders

What makes it interesting is that even though PLAB has the higher price, MASK has better growth and more earnings/share, so even with the huge premium to MASK shareholders (i.e. me), the deal is accretive to PLAB holders. It is kind of bizarre the way the market values things sometimes....
