t2k:What happened in the last half hour. Program selling usually done on a light day. I think their is something afoot out there that only the big boys are aware of - like Long Term Capital or some big thing that is kept a secret from the peons. Today's selling in the face of such benign numbers was totally irrational. Something is fishy here.
Adobe was down 10 - what did they do? They were killing everything except VVVI which was up 20%. A little promo there. Puzzled to say the least JFD

I think so. Perhaps the old proverb on the Street as buy Rosh Hashanah, sell Yom Kippur is still convincing.
