Both sites have the same quote, they just show different closing prices for some reason. What matters with the futures isn't whether they are up or down, but their price relative to fair value. With S&P cash at 1318 fair value on Dec contract is around 1335 and futures are trading at 1331.5 so we are 3.5 below fair value regardless of which site you use. This is equivalent to about 30 Dow points.
