The CIA and UN military experts were there and they were using experimental psychological warfare techniques. You may ask why don't they just do it in Russia where nobody will notice? Now don't go picking on the Girl Scouts, I married one and wound up with green blood. If the ATF & FBI would have got out of the damm way I bet my wife's trope could've marched in there and brought Koresh out. What I don't understand is why they were so afraid of Koresh, I offered to go in alone & unarmed and bring him out, it would've been a piece of cake. After I got him out the rest would've followed. ---------- The ATF/FBI had to much invested and didn't want some half crippled old boat captain stealing their thunder.
