The bottom line, Jerry, is that, you have to know when to hold them and when to fold them. And you have to know when something is wrong. The market goes up 75% of the time statistically. So you can say up up and away, and be proven to be a genius soley because the market has a tendency to go up. If the market goes down another 10% or more from here, what are you going to tell us: you didn't sell or go short against the box because of tax reasons? LOL already. Vitas
