David - if you're a Gemmer, you know the amount of time it takes to research a stock -- lots and lots of manhours -- usually, as Gemmers, we start by sharing our research/insights/links with other Gemmers and then ask for opinions.

It's the old phrase - you get back what you give, etc. etc. ...having said that, I took a quick peek at VVVI. With a P/E of 450 or so, and lots of insider selling, I would be inclined to pass. They do, however, have a good customer list but the stock has had a good run recently and will probably fall back -- if it were me holding at this point, I'd definitely take profits and then keep it on my personal watchlist.

As for NSATF, I like the technology and link to Nortel, but then again, this has had a pretty decent run lately and would also hold off right now.

Having chosen these two companies, I can only surmise you're a fellow Canadian?? -- and I hope a Gemmer...

good trading,
NOK

With the breakout on so so volume, they must have told everybody. After saying that it seems as if it came out of a nice 2 or 3 week base.
