The stock only becomes diluted if the assets acquired are worth less to the market than the shares issued to purchase them. More stock does not dilution make.

Peter, sitting tight, anticipating new deals with several pharmaceuticals to be announced this fall. MCNS has over 20 people actively working the sales front, on the heels of the POL acquisition, it will happen. Doubt we will see single digits for long.
