The EXBTV White House Site was up today. Clinton speech . Literally 15 minutes of connecting and buffering time this afternoon, but I was curious and so left the room until I heard our prez's voice. The small picture was fine -modest improvement over the usual..the sound was excellent ...but the large picture...while having a little less herk and jerk ...was back to also having substantial distorted artifacts. The sponsors were CNNfn and Discover Brokerages. Accessed tonight and didn't even have a second's buffering...jumped right on and kept going.Worth a look. exbtv.com
