I'm going to start thinking hard about that question as soon as I figure out why Visio is worth $1.3B. I mean, I like to drag little stars and boxes onto a drawing as much as the next guy, but sheesh.

Here's a good example of the nature of Microsoft. Autodesk, for whatever reason takes the bait and goes 100% Windows NT. Microsoft then turns around to bite Autodesk by acquiring it's biggest competitor. Bye bye Autodesk.
