Ed - Thanks for the response. I should point out that I have not yet achieved 100% for the year, and that this is simply how things have been progressing over the 7 months since I started trying to do things "properly". If I achieve 100% for the year I shall be delighted. My working target is around 40% for a year which is about 3% per month (compound). The O&G has been good to me so far this year, and I am hopeful that we will have further rises through March, which is when I shall review my investments. Good luck, Mark
