Great article in the Chicago Tribune on Sunday Sept 19 & 20th on DSL. It discusses the DSL technology and how it could dramatically impact all carriers. The main thrust is the use of packet switching technology. One executive from SBC Communications states investment in traditional switching technology has decreased. Check out the articles and if anyone can post them it would be great.

Where is TLAB at with it's "packet-switching" technology. What is TLAB's strategy in this enviroment. Are they going to be able to retrofit current Titan systems to handle packet switching on DSL lines? I hope that the engineers will be able to continue to wonders that will make it easier for the RBOC's and other to merge to this new DSL.

Thanks in advance,
Mike
