Bob:"target...". Interesting, thanks. Too much for my
small brain. I only work with 'Macro Economic' (ie: I
have no idea/clue).

My understanding is TXN is at the right place and time
in its moment of history with the right stuff.

But stock price and market is high with the relentless
pushing from the 'financial power houses' who needed to
sell stories after stories. I think the target is real
for TXN, but NOT STRAIGHT TO IT.

I believe next story would be, "the out-of-favor power
house/dogs" ENJOYED the benefits from 'high-tech/internet'
revolution and is now in favor. You followers now can
make a U-turn while we are homing for the stretch (that
is strong-buy, strong-buy, strong-buy).
