Hi Susie - tomorrow is another day. :~) Hopefully Paul Henry will show you and I some respect as shareholders and respond to our e-mail requests for clarification about the photocard. I'm still anxiously waiting for his response as I'm confident you are as well.

Regards,

Phil

From the SEC website: sec.gov

"Although complex, these laws and regulations boil down to two very simple and common sense notions:

People who seek your investment dollars must tell you the truth
about their businesses.

People who sell securities must treat you fairly and honestly,
putting your interests first."

Hi Susie - <<My Photocard is a wholly owned entity of Mycard a wholly owned entity of TSIG.>>

It sure would be great to have TSIG confirm this.

Perhaps today - we'll receive a clarification from Paul Henry regarding his statement: "Scott Richards is not employed by TSIG or any of its subsidiaries, nor to the best of my knowledge, is he a licensed myPhotoCard distributor."

It looks to me like Scott Richards and Robert Gordon know each other.

As for the PhotoCard that you and I purchased (i.e. the one associated with Scott Richards) that has the exact same address and phone number on the back as the TSIG office in California, I'd like TSIG to confirm with us that the card is associated with TSIG. With our PhotoCard purchases and future film developing - some of this should start showing up as TSIG revenue - correct ? There also should be some kind of distributor revenue that shows up since I'd be surprised if distributorships are given away for free. I would also think this revenue and potential earnings would benefit TSIG shareholders.

Regards,

Phil
